Payments
When is my payment due?
Your payment is due on the same day each month as indicated in your contract.
What happens if I make my payment late?
If you fail to make a payment by the due date and we are unable to process the recurring auto-payment, we will contact you to arrange payment. If you know you’ll be unable to make your payment by the due date, please contact our customer service team to find a solution.
Payments made after 10 days past the due date may incur a late fee. If you are unable to make a payment within 30 days of the due date, we may report your delinquency to a credit reporting agency. To avoid potential negative impact to your credit score from a delinquency report to a credit agency, payments must be processed within 30 days of your due date.
What if my payment is returned for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF)?
If your payment is returned due to Non-Sufficient Funds, a fee may be assessed, and you’ll need to make a new payment as soon as possible to avoid further penalties.

When will I receive the title to my vehicle?
In most states, you will only receive a title until your account with us has been paid in full.
When will I receive the registration to my vehicle?
A: Registration is typically handled by the dealer you purchased the vehicle from. You should receive plates and registration within 1-2 months of your purchase depending on the state. Please work with the dealership to ensure the appropriate steps are taken, everything is signed and submitted, and all associated fees and costs are paid for. If the dealer is not being responsive, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
How do I transfer my vehicle’s title if I move to a different state?
As these processes vary from state to state, you’ll need to contact our customer service team to assist with the title transfer process to your new state.
Can I add or remove a co-owner from my vehicle title?
Changes to the vehicle title such as adding or removing a co-owner may require approval. Please contact us for specific instructions.
Payoffs
How do I get a payoff quote?
You can request a payoff quote by calling our customer service team at (754) 233-0355 or by emailing us at info@wiicarus.com.
What payment methods are accepted for payoffs?
We accept ACH transfers, cashier’s checks, and money orders for loan payoffs. Personal checks and credit cards are not accepted for payoff payments.
What happens after I pay off my loan?
Once you have submitted a loan payoff, we will perform a final audit to confirm all requirements have been met. Upon successful completion of the audit, we will process the release of your vehicle’s title, and any additional documents will be mailed to you. Please allow a few weeks for processing.
Delinquencies
What should I do if I can’t make a payment on time?
If you’re unable to make a payment on time, please contact our customer service team immediately at (754) 233-0355. We may be able to offer assistance or discuss alternative payment arrangements.
To avoid any fees associated to NSF returns and potentially waive late fees, please contact our customer service team prior to you due date to arrange alternate payment options. Any alternate payment option is subject to approval and must be provided to you in a formal letter.
Will my vehicle be repossessed if I miss a payment?
Missing a payment could lead to repossession, but we encourage you to contact us before that happens. We’re here to help and may have options available to assist you.
Can I set up a payment plan if I’m behind on payments?
Yes, we may be able to set up a payment plan to help you get back on track. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your options. Any alternate payment option is subject to approval and must be provided to you in a formal letter.
My vehicle was repossessed; what options do I have to get it back? What are next steps?

What happens if I’m unable to recover my vehicle after reposession?
We will sell the vehicle in an attempt to recover the balance owed, along with the fees incurred in securing, reconditioning and selling the vehicle. If we are not able to recover the full amount owed you will be notified of the amount, and will be responsible to pay the balance in full to avoid further collection activity.

What if I don’t have insurance or it is cancelled?
Maintaining insurance with sufficient coverage is a requirement under the terms of your contract. Wiicar may purchase a Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) policy to cover damage to the vehicle in case of an accident or theft. The cost of this policy will be added to your account if you do not have your own coverage.
What should I do if my vehicle is totaled?
If your vehicle is totaled, please contact us immediately. We’ll guide you through the next steps, which may involve working with your insurance company.
How do I report a problem or dispute with my loan?
